DECISÃO: Julga improcedente o recurso, confirmando a condenação do arguido pelo crime de condução de veículo em estado de embriaguez na pena de 100 dias de multa, à taxa diária de 8,00 €, no total de 800,00 €, a que corresponde a pena de 66 dias de prisão subsidiária, bem como na pena acessória de proibição de conduzir veículos com motor por um período de cinco meses.
