RULING: Rejects the appeal, deciding not to hold unconstitutional the norm in Article 6(1)(f), second segment, of Law no. 37/81, of 3 October 1981, as amended by Law no. 25/94, of 19 August 1994, to the extent that it is interpreted as requiring foreigners applying for Portuguese citizenship to have means of subsistence.
