RULING: Grants the appeal on the grounds that the norm in Article 34(2) of Decree-Law no. 430/83, of 13 December 1983, is unconstitutional, when interpreted with the meaning that the conviction of a foreigner authorised to reside in Portugal for the crime in Article 23(1) necessarily leads to his or her expulsion from the country. Orders that the appealed judgment be amended in accordance with the ruling on unconstitutionality.
