RULING: Dismisses the complaint, confirming the summary ruling which had dismissed the constitutional appeal on the grounds that the contested judgment had not applied Article 204(a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the meaning that the defendant’s ethnicity, due to the mobility that characterises the Roma, would in itself represent a flight risk.
