Book launch: Liberdade de Imprensa em Portugal e na Europa

The book Liberdade de Imprensa em Portugal e na Europa [Freedom of the press in Portugal and in Europe], edited by Paulo Pinto de Albuquerque, Valentina Marcelino and Bruno Contreiras Mateus, was presented at the Portuguese Parliament building on 17 December 2024, with presentations by José Pedro Aguiar-Branco, Luís Rosa, Sofia Pinto Coelho, Francisco Teixeira da Mota, Teresa Pizarro Beleza, Paulo Pena and José António Barreiros, among others. Patrícia Jerónimo contributed to the book with a chapter on freedom of the press and “hate speech” against ethno-racial and/or religious minorities.
