The 1976 Constitution and its implication for the justice sector

To mark the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Constitution, the TSF programme “Direitos (Re)Constituídos" (Reconstituted Rights), directed by journalist Rita Carvalho Pereira, looks back and the achievements made and the persisting threats to the exercise of rights enshrined in the fundamental law in sectors such as education, health, and justice.
