Latin America-Europe dialogue on equality, cultural diversity and social benefits

Patrícia Jerónimo was one of the guest speakers in the international research seminar which took place at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer (Deutsche Universität für Verwaltungswissenschafte Speyer), between 1 and 4 December 2023, under the heading “Dialogue between Latin-America and Europe: The Principle of Equality, Cultural Diversity and Social Benefits” (Dialogo entre América Latina y Europa: El Principio de Igualdad, la Diversidad Cultural y las Prestaciones Sociales). The seminar was organized by Lorena Ossio Bustillos and Karl-Peter Sommermann, as part of the project which is being developed in cooperation between the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy and the Bolivian Catholic University San Pablo (Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”), under the scientific direction of Lorena Ossio Bustillos. The seminar included, among others, Magdalena Nogueira Guastavino, of the Autonomous University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), and Raquel Yrigoyen Fajardo, of the Pontificia Catholic University of Peru (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú), and was an opportunity for Patrícia Jerónimo to present and discuss some of the findings of the project InclusiveCourts.
