Antisemitism, Racism and Xenophobia debated at the University of Minho

The University of Minho hosted the 2023 edition of the European Sociological Association’s (ESA) midterm conference on antisemitism, racism and xenophobia, in a joint organization by Maria José Casa-Nova (CIED), Manuela Ivone Cunha (CRIA) and Patrícia Jerónimo (JusGov). The conference took place on 7 and 8 September, at the Institute of Education, and brought together scholars from different countries and academic backgrounds.

Maria José Casa-Nova gave a presentation on Human Rights, Minorities and Inequalities in Education, while Patrícia Jerónimo gave a presentation on Antisemitism, Racism and Xenophobia in the Practice of Portuguese Courts, discussing findings from the project InclusiveCourts.
