Flávia Noversa Loureiro debates hate speech and hate crimes

Flávia Noversa Loureiro is one of the speakers in the International Conference on Online Hate Speach, organised by the NETLANG project at the Centre for Humanistic Studies of the University of Minho, and held on 7, 8 and 9 July 2022. Flávia Noversa Loureiro’s presentation is entitled “Hate speech and hate crime”. She shares the panel with Jan Chovanec, of Masaryk University in the Czech Republic, who will give a presentation entitled “Negotiating hate and conflict in online comments: Evidence from the NetLang corpus”.
