Andreia Sofia Pinto Oliveira and Benedita Mac Crorie take part in online workshop on rights and courts in the COVID-19 Pandemic

InclusiveCourts’ researchers Andreia Sofia Pinto Oliveira and Benedita Mac Crorie gave a presentation entitled “Voting during emergency: a challenge to the Portuguese Constitutional System”, as part of the workshop Rights and Courts in the COVID-19 Pandemic: A comparative perspective from Spain and Portugal. The workshop took place online, on 25 March 2021. It was organised by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in collaboration with the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov).
