X International Conference on Law in the Lusophone World

Several researchers associated with the project InclusiveCourts intervened as speakers in the X International Conference on Law in the Lusophone World, which was held at the Law School of the University of Minho from 6 to 10 May 2024. Cristina Dias spoke about changes to Portugal’s law of succession, Flávia Noversa Loureiro spoke about the protection of fundamental rights in contemporary criminal procedures, Miriam Rocha and Maria João Lourenço spoke about freedom of expression in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and of Portuguese courts, Patrícia Jerónimo spoke about legal transplants in the Lusophone world, and Teresa Coelho Moreira spoke about the use of artificial intelligence in workplace relations.
