Patr\u00edcia Jer\u00f3nimo\u2019s paper was entitled \u201cSocial exclusion and ethno-racial vulnerability in the case law of Portuguese courts: Balancing equality, non-discrimination, and the right to be different\u201d. It was given as part of a panel coordinated by Lorena Ossio Bustillos (Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy) with the title Social Protection and Vulnerability in the Mirror of Court Decisions: The Construction and Challenges for an Ecological Social State.
