O semin\u00e1rio foi organizado por Lorena Ossio Bustillos e Karl-Peter Sommermann, no quadro do projeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre prote\u00e7\u00e3o social dos povos ind\u00edgenas na Am\u00e9rica Latina, que est\u00e1 a ser desenvolvido em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Instituto Max Planck de Direito Social e Pol\u00edtica Social e a Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Boliviana \u201cSan Pablo\u201d, sob dire\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica de Lorena Ossio Bustillos.
